Pillora ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.
Pillora is designed to be simple and private. We do not collect personal data such as your name, email address, or location unless you voluntarily provide it for account creation.
Pillora uses an offline-first architecture. Your medication schedules and health logs are stored in a local SQLite database on your device, ensuring your data remains accessible even without an internet connection.
When cloud sync is enabled, your data is synchronized with our secure backend powered by Supabase. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 (HTTPS) to ensure that your information remains private and protected during the synchronization process.
Pillora uses local notifications to remind you to take your medication. These notifications are generated entirely on your device based on your local SQLite database.
We may use third-party services (such as Supabase for database management or crash reporting tools) to improve the app experience. These services process data according to strict security standards.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. While data is encrypted during transit, you are responsible for securing your physical device to protect the local SQLite database.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Upon requesting deletion through the app settings, all your information will be permanently purged from our cloud servers and your local device.
Pillora does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
